How To Identify & Report SCAM Job

On the basis of concern, Admin would like to share tips to identify the characteristics of employers that are categorized as SCAM as a guide for you all.

1. You are offered to work immediately without going through an interview or familiarization process - Just send your resume, call for an interview This is really dangerous, get a call saying you have been accepted and can go to work.

2. Unclear Job Description - Scammers will try to present a simple Job Description and Qualification where almost anyone is qualified to fill the vacancy. For example, you must be a citizen and have an internet connection. Job details do not display Education or experience requirements. In conclusion, if the job details and qualification requirements are ambiguous, you need to be more careful by doing more research on the company in question.

3. No information on the Internet - Before accepting a job offer, you are advised to research the company's background first. If the company in question is a registered company you will definitely find details of the Company in question on the website. Be careful, if no information is displayed for the Company search, the probability of the Company being a SCAM is very high.

4. Asked to reveal personal information - Some SCAMMERs will ask you to reveal your personal information such as a bank account, with a modus operandi to transfer deposits. In addition, some also use the tactic of asking you to complete personal information on certain websites.

5. Forcing you to pay a deposit for the job application / registration process or forcing you to pay a certain amount of money to buy their products. Legitimate and registered companies will not ask for money from you. Please be careful, you do not need to spend a certain amount of money to get the job unless the job requires you to pay money to make a license certificate or others which is not covered by the employer.

6. A very amateur email address - Usually every company will have their own domain address that looks professional. If the company's official address still uses a free account such as @yahoo @hotmail @gmail, this is a sign you need to consider.
