My Resume size is more than 5 MB.

We received a lot of feedback which have resume size more than 3.5 MB. However, in Ricebowl you only allow to upload resume with the size less than 3.5 MB. Following are instruction in order to solve your issue.
1)If in case your resume file type is PDF, please reduce the size of the file here : https://www.ilovepdf.com/compress_pdf
2)If in case your resume file type is WORD please reduce the size of the file here :https://smallpdf.com/blog/compress-word
3)In case you have tried all the method above but the resume size is still more than 5MB, maybe you need to reduce the following items
*Is your resume page is more than 4 page? - The best resume is 4 pages, if more than that its consider dragging. Make sure to include only useful information that related to applied jobs.
* Is your resume consisted many images like certificates ? Resume is all about your information, your experience, education etc. Certifications aren't recommended to be attach in resume. Bring your certificates on your interview day ya!
